Delivery Policy

At Rowd Fashion, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery policy below for details on shipping times, costs, and tracking information.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Inside Dhaka: Typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Outside Dhaka: Typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability. Please note that processing time (1-2 business days) is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Inside Dhaka City 70 Taka and Outside Dhaka (All over Bangladesh) 130 Taka delivery charge will be applicable. Free shipping is available on orders over 999 Taka.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or courier issues. If your order is delayed or if you have questions about the status of your shipment, please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@rowdfashion.com.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In cases of undeliverable packages, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
