Return and Exchange Policy

At Rowd Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within the time when you receive the product from our rider.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
  • Process:
    • Contact our Customer Service at hello@rowdfashion.com to initiate a return.
    • Ship the item back using a trackable service. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for size or color within 7 days of purchase if the item is still in stock.
  • Process:
    • Email us at hello@rowdfashion.com with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange.
    • Once we confirm availability, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item and shipping your replacement.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but Rowd Fashion will cover the shipping of the exchanged item back to you.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please check it in front of our rider. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. But if you are reason for making the product damage or dirty Rowd Fashion won’t be responsible for this.
